As one of Cleveland’s premier hotel brands, InterContinental Hotels Cleveland needed to maintain its prominence, stay relevant and continue to innovate in ways other properties did not. Acclaim worked with local and national media promoting chefs, events and new offerings throughout the chain’s four properties on the campus of the Cleveland Clinic.

On the dawn of influencer marketing, Acclaim led the way by inviting media, bloggers, socialites and VIPs into the hotel’s inner circle for exclusive dinners, talks and celebrity wine events. All activities were broadcasted load and clear on social media, creating a public demand that could not be replicated any other way.
