The OhioMeansJobs division within Cuyahoga County had done little to no marketing until 2019. Acclaim led an extensive market research project that drove an all-new outreach campaign with multiple goals: to help job seekers find new careers, while supporting businesses and organizations find, attract an retain top talent.
Video Production
Acclaim knew that young job-seekers don’t want to be spoken to. They want to engage in more meaningful conversations. They want to hear from people who have had positive experiences with OMJCC and what those impressions meant to them.
Acclaim drove an extensive peer-to-peer video campaign that drove organizational and client engagement throughout Northeast Ohio.
Print Collateral
Acclaim drafted and designed a wide variety of print collateral for OMJCC, including an extensive ad campaign aimed at specific demographic audiences.
Tradeshow Events
OMJCC took its message on the road with a grassroots campaign to engage directly with people seeking jobs in high population areas. OMJCC set up tents at fairs, grocery stores and on their own sidewalk — all with great success.
